The power of focus...

Interestingly, it is good to know that life itself is about focus but filled with distractions here and there. There is nothing that can be achieved in life without being focused because even God was focused in creating the earth. In life, I have noticed that people do have things they want to achieve in different arrears of life but still struggling with those things because they lack focus.
Focus is a point upon which attention, activities etc is directed or concentrated. It has to do with being determined to achieve a goal with full concentration; " a life without a focus is like a man who put his car on the road with no desire to go anywhere".

Many people have no idea of the giant capacity they can immediately command if they focus all of their resources on mastering a single area of their lives…the true and the unchanging meaning of focus is “wherever u find urself, find ur feet by finding ur way to succeed”.

Here is a story to know how far the power of focus can go a long way to help…There lived a man in a village called Iwaya, this man was so rich and at the same time very generous, he helps anybody that comes his way as his believe about live is simplicity. Because of his generousity, the king of the village did not like him because he is a wicked man himself. So, one day out of jealous, the king summons the rich man to his palace and gave him two conditions to punish him. The first condition was to pack from the village and the second was to put an egg in a spoon and run round the palace with it and the egg must not fall off the spoon or else he would be tortured to death. The rich man looked at the two conditions and said to himself he would never run from challenges of life so, he picked the second option.

On the day of the event, the king had put people round the palace to muck and ridicule the rich man in order to distract him. When the rich man got to the scene, he saw people shouting and mucking him but he decided never to allow distractions but rather focus on his way, so he started running and he never looked, listen or allow distractions and finally he finished the race achieving what they thought he could not achieve.

After the whole thing, the king was so surprised that the rich man could escaped his trap and he asked how it was possible for him to have achieved that despite all the distractions around him and the rich man answered and said to the king that “I was able to achieve it because I focused my attention and directed all my concentration on my goal which is to conclude the task with the egg still inside d spoon”.

My people, this is a lesson that FOCUS is as important as life itself and without focus nothing can be achieved. You can not depend on ur actions when ur imagination and concentration is out of focus, life is not about jumping around, its about staying focused. Remember that “Jack of all trade will always be a master of non”...Live a focused live this 2010 and see urself at ur desired level.
